A unique family home where functionality meets creativity
At the heart of the design is a reverse layout that places the family living core on the lower level, with the bedrooms situated below and the entertainment and main living spaces above on the first floor. This unconventional design enhances both privacy and flow, creating a seamless blend of industrial and cozy elements. Raw concrete and steel contrast with warm brown woods, while the client’s antique pieces and rich Persian carpets add layers of history and elegance.
The result is a home that is as inviting as it is striking, where every detail reflects the balance between modern design and timeless comfort.
